Exploring a New Pickleball Spot in Houston 🎾

This weekend, I had the chance to check out Elite Pickleball Clear Lake, a brand-new club on the south side of Houston. It was a solid time!

Here’s what I love about the pickleball community: Even though it's the fastest-growing sport in America, it still feels small and tight-knit. I ran into a lot of old friends I hadn’t played with in a while and even made some new ones.

I haven’t decided if I’ll become a member yet—it’s about a 20-minute drive, and I’m not a fan of long drives (LOL). But I’ve got to admit, indoor courts, outdoor courts, and ice-cold AC is a tempting combo for a membership.

Quick Question: Do you prefer playing indoors or outdoors?

Each has its pros and cons—here’s a quick breakdown:

✅ Indoor Pickleball Pros:

• Consistent playing conditions (no wind or sun)
• Climate-controlled (goodbye, extreme heat & cold!)
